How do others onboard regarding policies? I’m wondering if other organizations have policy “packs” that certain positions must read/acknowledge upon hire etc. I’m eager to hear what others processes are. Thanks!
Onboarding
Our organization uses Healthstream for all onboarding of new associates to review and digitally acknowledge required policies and documents.Since adopting PolicyStat, we have begun to link active policies to Healthstream so we are only tracking compliance in one user platform. For new policy roll out, we have tried using the acknowledgement feature in PolicyStat, but it’s still a work in progress.
